When one sees the residuum of greatness before one's camera, one must recognize it in a flash. There is a brief moment when all that there is in a person's mind and soul and spirit may be reflected through her eyes, his hands, her attitude. This is the moment to record. This is the elusive "moment of truth". - Yousuf Karsh

My portraits are meant to peek deep within my subject, there is a moment in every session when the soul of a person is revealed, her most inner thoughts, his worries and fears and triumphs, it is only then that I reveal something through my photography.
